Sandcastle lady celebrates 40th wedding anniversary in Rehoboth

Jack and I came to the Boardwalk Plaza Hotel, in Rehoboth, for 4 days, to celebrate our Anniversary (December 20, 1975.) The weather has been amazing! When we arrived on Sunday, December 13, it was 70 degrees! (No castle building this trip, however!)
Here is a picture taken from our balcony at sunrise.

  1. My name is Jessi Gerowitz, I am a Communications Intern for the Philadelphia Flyers. I am reaching out because I am looking to get a quote on a possible project for the summer. We are looking to make a sand sculpture of our new 50th logo to use as a PR stunt this summer. Would you be able to provide me with a quote on this? Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you!

    1. Please accept my deepest apology, Mr. Gerowitz. My website went down, and I didn’t see your post until I returned to Lewes and sandcastle building. I do hope you were able to get a sculpture of your 50th logo. My top recommendation for sand sculptors is Randy Hoffman (who does the large sculptures on the Ocean City, Maryland beach. I am sorry to be so late in replying. Lynn McKeown
