It was so nice meeting this family from Albany, NY.

Parker wanted to know how I could finish all of the things on my castle in one day. I told him it’s because I don’t do anything else when I am on the beach. I don’t eat lunch, and don’t sit and rest, and don’t play in the water – just do these sandcastles. That’s why people started calling me the Sandcastle Lady.

Someone came and destroyed castles last night, but I was able to finish building this one, by 5 o’clock.
It is my hope to teach as many kids as I can, to have more creators than destroyers.

I met this family when Vira was just a toddler, and love to see them come to build with me!

The wind changed, and brought a cool onshore wind today. After a late start, and teaching a nice family, I was able to finish a castle by 5:30.

Very hot day on the beach, but I managed to get some of this castle and village done.

So nice to have Sophia and her friend Sofia building today!

Anna 8 and Jack 5, from Delmar, NY teamed up with penpal Piper 6, from Gwynned, PA, and made a great castle

Lots of friends, cousins, son & daughter in law, and a new grandchild on the beach. Had to start from scratch, since we had more castle destroyers.
