A beautiful day on the beach! Taught 2 boys, Asher 8, and Ezra 5 and their mom Wendy, from Ft. Washington, PA. Then, was able to build a castle.

The wind changed, coming out of the South and the West, but a good beach day

Building first time in two days, because of the wind Thursday and Friday.

There was a light wind out of the East today. Big dark clouds were coming from the West, but went out, over the bay. More dark clouds were coming from the South. I was happy to finish today’s castle!
A mysterious mermaid showed up on the beach yesterday! (I hope the sculptor will do some more!)
Sunday’s castle came with a strong North wind, and choppy waves in the bay.
Friday and Saturday’s castles
I have been falling asleep before I have a chance to post! Teaching lots of kids on the beach:. Wyatt and Dylan, 5 and 3, from Washington, DC; Jordan almost 6, and Phoenix almost 3, from Maryland.
Soft castle in the rain
Walked down to the beach this morning in the rain, and found this lovely soft castle from yesterday.
