The wind changed, coming out of the South and the West, but a good beach day

Although the sun and wind took a tower, there were still two left.

Saturday, September 4, a new castle

Building first time in two days, because of the wind Thursday and Friday.

Strong North wind making wild waves today.

Too windy to build, I think I’ll do some baking instead.

I declared today a baking day, since the North wind was so wild. I baked a fig pie that I shared with friends, and with my son.

A new castle Tuesday, August 31

There was a light wind out of the East today. Big dark clouds were coming from the West, but went out, over the bay. More dark clouds were coming from the South. I was happy to finish today’s castle!

I have been falling asleep before I have a chance to post! Teaching lots of kids on the beach:. Wyatt and Dylan, 5 and 3, from Washington, DC; Jordan almost 6, and Phoenix almost 3, from Maryland.
